Robby brings a rare combination of legal expertise and real-world operational experience to commercial leasing. Before founding The Leasing Lawyers, Robby advised companies, executives, and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions and real estate matters at top-tier law firms including Latham & Watkins and Kirkland & Ellis, where he worked on complex deals involving property assets, restructuring, and strategic growth.
With a background in scaling multi-million-dollar businesses, he understands how lease terms affect valuation, cash flow, and long-term operational flexibility. This dual perspective enables him to guide clients through negotiations with a practical, business-minded approach—balancing legal protection with commercial outcomes.
Robby holds a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an Economics degree with honors from the University of Chicago. His combined legal, financial, and operational strengths make him a trusted advisor for business owners navigating today’s leasing landscape.
